Miss Heather
Hi! I’m Heather Dickinson and I’ve been a part of the TSB Preschool family for almost 3 years. My husband and I have been married for 21 years and have 3 children and a crazy husky. I love the outdoors, spending as much time as I can at the beach, reading, going on adventures with my family, and anything Disney, especially the villains. I am also currently going back to school to finish my degree in Early Childhood Education. I consider joining TSB Preschool as my second life. Before I came, I worked in accounting, but I always wanted to teach. Luckily, an opportunity opened, and I was able to pursue that dream. Now, I am teaching in the Orange Class (3s) and loving every minute of it!
Miss Joanne
Hi my name is Joanne Nathans. This is my 9th year as an Assistant Teacher at Temple Sholom. I have a Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education from Temple University. My previous jobs were in cardiac rehab, wellness and physical therapy settings. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, taking long walks and doing yoga. I have two cats who love to play and watch TV. Each year at Pre-School I enjoy getting to know the kids and learning new things together while having fun.

I have been in the education field for over ten years, but recently back to teaching in the last three. I love being back in the classroom and watching my children learn and grow over the course of a year. In my spare time I love going to the beach and spending time with my husband and two children Madalyn and Benjamin. They both attend school here at TSB and we love being a part of the TSB family.

Miss Rachel
Miss Rezarta
My name is Rezarta. I’m a mother of 2 kids: a boy who’s 18 and a daughter who just turned 14. I’m from Albania and I’ve been living in the USA for about 20 years now. In Albania I’ve finished high school, and after that I’ve been in school for foreign languages and computer. I do speak of course Albanian, English and Italian. I’ve also finished school in here for Administrative Medical Assistant, and let’s say that for my bad luck, I never had a chance to work in that field because when I finished I just had my daughter. After that, I went back to my country where I lived there for 7 years. In Albania, I’ve worked as a customer service at OSHEE (Electricity Distribution Company) and then as a supervisor. I returned to USA on September 2019. I’ve worked at Beverly Hills Middle School as a lunch lady & cashier for about 4 months. Then, because of the pandemic, we closed like every other school. In May of this year, I started working at Temple Sholom Preschool as an assistant teacher. I’ve never worked with kids but I know that I love kids and working with them for me is kind of like a challenge. When I first started working I was with the young kids. Now I’m working with Miss Rachel as her assistant with the preschool kids and kindergarten combined together. I’ve learned a lot since I’ve started working here about the way you care for them, the way to be there for them when they need you. It’s not only us teaching the kids but in a way, we learn from them too. I’m very happy to be part of this school and team. I hope we can make great memories here. Thank you for accepting me to be part of your team!
